Wow, it's been soooo long since I blogged! Or crafted really, I took a very long break over Christmas :P Back now though! And I'm *nearly* at 100 followers too, and my first blogaversary is next week, so keep your eyes peeled for candy :)
Today over at Forever Friends is the start of the first Fortnightly Challenge of 2013 :) Our theme is to Use Your Favourite Embellishment :)
We have two fabulous sponsors this time - our Randomly Selected Winner is sponsored by the wonderful
Meljen's Designs
who are providing our winner with 4 digis of the winner's choice.
Our Forever Friends Favourite prize is sponsored by the lovely
Whoopsi Daisy Digis
who are providing our winner with 4 sheets of digis of the winner's choice from the store.
Fabulous prizes I think you'll agree ;) So get entering, and don't forget to tell us what your fave embellishment is :)
I have loads, but I don't think I've ever made a card without ribbon, so I think that's my ultimate favourite! And I like pearls too :)
So here's my first card, using a Whoopsi Daisy image. I made a second card using a Meljen's Designs image, please see my post here for that card :)
For this card, I tried a twisted easel card. I'm not sure if it actually worked out the way it was supposed to lol, but I like the effect none-the-less :)

ReplyDeleteHi, Tanya. Your card is adorable - such a darling little ballerina, sweetly dressed in her pink tutu. Great shading in your coloring. Love the designer papers and shapes in your panels, and the glitters, too. I especially like your satin ribbon, and the pretty bow you created!
