Forever Friends challenge 44 - embossing: heat or dry

Good afternoon everybody!

It's a gorgeous day here in Waterford, these past few days have been fab! It's sooo annoying - the whole time it was pouring rain, my crafty mojo shriveled up and died, and now that it's sunny and I want to go outside, I have loads of crafty ideas!! Grrr!

A quick enough post for now, because I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon that I completely forgot about lol, so I have to rush around the place getting ready!

For my card, I used dry embossing, so here it is :) I also used Michelle Perkett's image Charity Angel, it was so nice to colour in!

The image as I said before is from our sponsor Michelle Perkett and it's called Charity Angel. The flowers and ribbon are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the swirls are Marianne Design, the pearls are from Ribbon Girl, the sentiment is from lili of the Valley, the doily and butterfly are from my stash, and the tulle is from an old Halloween costume! My embossed paper was done with Spellbinders Impressabilities and the other two papers (there's one under where the bow is, it's just hard to see in the photo) are from First Edition Dreamcatchers pack.

I love these butterflies, I got them for half-nothing in my local craftshop's clearance sale last year, I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy more of these beauties when they were sooo cheap!
