One more valentine's card

Hi everyone, another card from me! I'm up to my ears at the moment in the middle of making 100 wedding invitations for someone, and let's just say they're not clean and simple, lots of cutting, embossing, frantaging etc to do, so it's literally taking all of my time at the moment! I love it though, it means that at least 200 people will be looking at a card that I made then, and as that's the case, I want it to be good :D

I had to take a break though for this week, as I had three valentine's orders, two birthday card orders for little girls and then it's my niece's first birthday this week too, so I've had loads of orders for that too so the invites had to take a back seat - just as well they're not needed til May :)

So here's the last valentine's card - it was actually ordered by one of the bridesmaids from the wedding I'm making the invitations for so yay for word of mouth right?
She sent me a picture of the scene she wanted on it and described it down to what they were wearing, so that was a touch challenging to say the least :P Very proud of my ability to find a perfectly dressed couple and then add in the hat afterwards haha!

Ingredients
Image - Some Odd Girl Squeezy Hugs, Make it Crafty Island Hideaway, a hat found on the internet and some serious skills in Microsoft Paint :P
LOTV Country Gent papers
Sentiment printed on the computer
Ribbon and faux hessian from Ribbon Girl
Stickles (the water is really sparkly, it doesn't show well in the photos), Gold Stickles, Liquid Pearls
Coloured with PMs and Copics

Girlfriend Birthday card

Hi everybody :)

I made this a while ago for a friend to give his girlfriend on her birthday, my first 8x8 card so was strange working on a bigger card hehe, but it suited the image perfectly I think, there are just so many little details in it that I really don't think it would look good on a 6x6. She's a beautician and loves pink and white, so this is what I came up with :) I took inspiration from a card on the Make it Crafty website (where the background set is from) by Tracy Payne of Crafteezee, using a similar layout so felt I had to include that in my post too.
Ingredients
Flowers - Wild Orchid Crafts: Roses, rosebuds, chrysanthemums, heather, cherry blossoms, cosmos daisies
Sentiment - LOTV Greetings Postmarks
Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily Die
Cheery Lynn Mini Fanciful Flourish
Whimsy Corner Die
Papermania/Lucy Cromwell Papers
Coloured with Promarkers
Ribbon Girl: Pink lace, pearls, Stickles, Glossy Accents
Feathers and Tulle from stash
